Paramecium, fungi and algae are eukaryotes having well defined nucleus due to presence of nuclear membrane. Pseudomonas is a bacterium, i.e., prokaryote in which nuclear membrane and well defined nucleus are absent.

So Well defined nucleus is absent in Pseudomonas
