Solution

From the question,

No. of boys $=\frac{504 \times 13}{24}$

$=273$ boys

No. of girls $=504-273$

$=231$ girls

New no. of girls $=231+12$

$=243$

$\therefore \quad$ Required Ratio $=\frac{273}{243}$

$$

\begin{array}{l}

=\frac{91}{81} \\

=91: 81 ; \text { Ans. }

\end{array}
