Radioactivity : Radioactivity is a natural phenomenon due to which the atoms of an element undergo spontaneous disintegration into smaller fragments emitting a, ß and y rays.

Radioactivity is a phenomenon of breaking of the nucleus. Hence it is Nuclear Phenomenon.
