Define the Capital Goods? Or, What is the Meant by Capital Goods?

Capital goods are those goods which are used in the process of production for several years and which are of high value. These goods are fixed assets of the producers. 

Use of these goods lead to Depreciation (loss of value of fixed assets when these are repeatedly used)

Example : Plant and Machinery.
